ICES convention offers hands-on cake decorating classes

The International Cake Exploration Soceité will hold its 34th annual convention July 30-Aug. 2 in St. Charles, Ill. The show features exhibitors and sugar artists from around the world as well as demonstrations and hands-on classes from world-renowned teachers in the craft. Demonstrations and hands-on classes will be offered for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Techniques in buttercream, fondant, gumpaste, airbrushing, stenciling and cookie decorating are just some of the topics that will be covered.
